  • On Average, leaders and coaches spend 2.5 hours per week for prep and development between classes.
  • Collaborative virtual learning takes place for 90 minutes each week.
  • So, in total, learners invest about 4 hours weekly to gain a universal model and skills that will benefit them and everyone they influence for a lifetime.
  • Note for the first week of each course, we suggest planning 3 hours of prep.
  • First: Successfully complete 2 Courses: Leading & Coaching with the CSOMO Advantage & Expanding Your COSMO Advantage.
  • Second: Pass Your COSMO Certification Exam and Apply.

  • Yes – we are happy to offer payment options! You can choose yours when you register.

  • Completion certificates for each course will be awarded after payment is received in full.
