Native Linum will ship back orders or partial orders as product becomes available unless it states otherwise on the order.
Merchandise/Shipment Shortage: Any shortage claims need to be filed with Native Linum within 6 days of receiving goods. Any claims not received within 6 days of receipt shall not be honored by Native Linum
Native Linum will accept returns for only defective or incorrect items shipped within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Should you need to return any product, please contact Native Linum to get RA Number. RA packing list and RA number should be clearly marked on all cartons. Any return without an RA number issued by Native Linum will be refused. Appropriate credit for returns is issued after receipt and inspection of the merchandise. Handcrafted and natural fiber items do have minor variations in dye lot, stitching or size. These variations are not considered as defective.
Any non-defective returns authorized by Native Linum will incur a 30% Restocking fee.
The sale of merchandise from Native Linum via the internet is strictly prohibited without the express written authorization by Native Linum.
In order to protect, maintain and preserve the quality image associated with our brand, we prohibit any use, display, presentation, sale, and offer for sale or promotion of any of our products. Reproduction of our product is strictly prohibited.Native Linum offers custom orders for different programs. These orders are not subject to change, cancellation, or any returns.
Quilts and Pillows are not for use with sleeping infants.

Since all quilts and embroideries are handmade or hand guided machine made, no two items will ever be exactly alike.
Our products are pre-washed before shipment or using different dyed lots of fabric, occasionally you will see the same style of fabric with slightly different shade colors.
