All sales are final for all trading accounts. Native Linum will accept returns for only defective or incorrect items shipped within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise. Non-defective items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returned products are evaluated thoroughly before a final decision is made.
Please contact Native Linum to get an RA Number. RA number should be clearly marked on all packages. Any return without an RA number issued by Native Linum will be refused.
Appropriate credit for returns is issued after receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
Handcrafted items do have minor variations in dye lot, stitching or size. These variations are not considered as defective.
Since all quilts and embroideries are handmade or hand guided machine made, no two items will ever be exactly alike.
Our products are pre-washed before shipment or using different dyed lots of fabric, occasionally you will see the same style of fabric with slightly different shade colors.
Our measurement tolerance is +4”/-2”
